WHAT TO BRING - If you are buying or selling
BUYERS / SELLERS: MUST HAVE PICTURE ID AT CLOSING
BUYERS: Please bring:
Homeowner's insurance information, including declarations page. If paid in advance, bring “paid” receipt .
All “loan conditions” that your loan officer asked you to bring to closing.
A cashier's check for any money due from you.
We cannot accept personal checks in excess of $5000.00.
SELLERS: Please bring:
“Termite Letter”. This must be dated within 30 days of closing.
A cashier's check for any money due from you. We cannot accept personal checks in excess of $5000.00
IF YOU ARE REFINANCING
BORROWERS : Please bring:
Homeowner's insurance information, including declarations page and paid receipt (if paid in advance)
All “loan conditions” that your loan officer asked you to bring to closing
A cashier's check for any money due from you. we cannot accept personal checks in excess of $5000.00. Please bring the amount due from you as shown on your settlement statement (or the amount shown on your “Good Faith Estimate”)
